Hi DM, sorry about your deletion, SHI-OT Happens , I have a question and I have read all the NFO files that came with the game till I'm crosseyed. It says to load the update version after installing the DVD and Priviledge images and that it's found in the important patches folder. I'll be damned if I see it. It has the AI 2 Redux Tools and the ReduxV11 update and the new exe file. Which one is the update version with the patches. I followed the individual instructions and they conflict with each other. By the way I allready had this game from last year except for some of the mods and I thought this was different but it doesn't appear to be. After I put the Redux in the installation folder do I run it or put the other ReDux V11 in the folder as well. I got it so screwed up I deleted everything and started over, The game works fine in Japanese but the menus are stll in Japanese. o_O

please understand, i tell you how to install the game and bonus disc. you are on your own with the patch. It is not ours, we did not make it and will provide NO support for it. i had to leave it in there the way it was for ethical reasons.

I got AI2 too but haven't the Redux 1.1, just 1.0. I suggest you install first the ag2fullpatch which should be in the important patches folder, that translates the menus and then the redux patch.
If you're unsure which patch to install, why not just backup the whole folder and try it out
On the other hand, in japanese it's fun too and it's not too hard to cope with the japanese menus

BTW: Does anyone know a translation tool which translates japanese (non-asian letters) to english

hey hey, i had posted before (not sure if anyone replied before it got deleted) I was having trouble with the installation of the game, i went through all the steps as usual, but it stops with an error barely before finishing the actual installation... something to do with the msi file?... any tips?

Yes, you will have to install the game in japanese regional settings. Change your settings to japanese and restart your pc before you start the install. You won't be able to do it in english regional settings. I faced the same problem, I think that should help.

I think the CYREX folder just has the updates. The full patch itself is not there. Just have some redux stuff. The patch you can get from http://ag2mod.free.fr/pa.html

Same problem but my regional settings were japanese, it also has something to do with the msi file. So i dont kno what else could b wrong, and i did go threw the checklist :/ , i have no idea what i'm doin wrong....what to do what to do.

i changed the regional language in japanese and im still having the famous "white screen problem" after the character creation screen. can anyone seriously help me with this? >_<

I guess this must be the first to happen to anybody, but i downloaded this game a few hours ago, installed it, tried to start it, but my comp froze and everything jut went to hell from there, luckily there are other user names on this one comp that have gone unaffected, but when i log onto mine, which i know is a direct effect of the installation, once everything boots, a few seconds later it just pauses and refuses to continue, in which i have to make a manual reboot. im in the process of getting my comp back to normal but i would like the Know What the fuck has happened to my comp and how do i get it back to normal, my anti-virus software is pretty good, so i know it isn't a virus or malicious threat, something in the installation triggered an unreasonable affect, so deathmarine, seeing how you run the joint I'd ask you, however noting that it seems im the ONLY one this has happened to,make sure that these games are legit for all comps, and if not, to say so, minding what i just said, I use a Windows XP a DELL to be exact, over 200Gs of hardsrip and more than enough memory, my graphics card is above average, also..But ,meh, if you can tell me how to correct my comp that'll also be appreciated..

This game runs on ALL windows computers, im running it on an AMD 4800, AMD 2400 and a P4 2ghz, no trouble on any of them.

Its obviously a fault on your machines set up somewhere along the line. The only problem ive encountered installing ANY of HS releases was a dirextx one with Rapelay (resolved by installing the dirextx it comes with) and Vamparella, which has never worked. Every other game has installed perfectly.

Just a Quick note = After installing the FullUpdate Patch V3 supplied by DeathMarine all menus will be in English which is a great help in starting the game. THANX DM. XD

Yeah, here too.... all H-S releases worked fine so far...

My guess that its your "DELL" computer....a friend of mine bought a dell too and hes got problems with the famous "bluescreens of death" just from playing 2 year old games.Personally I would never buy a Dell (except for the "Dimension 600 Renegade Limited{quad SLI}).

Another question. I'm trying to seed this via bitcomet. First I downlaoded and seeded it partially with ABC. Now it seems, that on BC it only uploads useless data, as said in the box below. Do I have to seed it with the client with which I downloaded it

You have the full file via ABC? Then you should have no problems uploading / seeding the data.

It's only when you DONT have the full file, that's when all will break loose and mess up.

As long as you have the full file and you haven't changed any names and you have the original torrent, seeding is same for all clients (DHT or not)

Do a hash check each time you switch clients on the full file...that way you're sure the client is reading the REAL McCoy...the file that is

It's not possible to break ISO into parts, unless you reassemble them later for playing. The DVD version 1 ISO image.

I'm not having any luck with this game o_O . I've been able to install and get the game running, and like some other people ive noticed get stuck after creating the girl at the white screen, then the game errors out. I saw on another site a little FAQ about that exact problem but all of my stuff is up to date, switched to japanese and all that stuff, i even turned graphics down and all but still no solution, anyone know how to fix this?

this game and rapelay are tied right now, i like this one cuz theres more variety with the girls the costumes and stuff, but rapelay is definately more interactive, has more positions and stuff, it even has 4on1!! Its really harrd to compare cuz what one lacks the other one has etc. But personally i kinda like this one more cuz i love cosplaying =)
(just yesterday i went to a anime con dressed as tsukino from yakitate! japan lol)
but its not enough to break the tie between the two in my head.

Now if they put both those game concepts together i'd fall out of my seat!

Hello all,
I had installed the game and done all the regional stuff.
but it throws up an error.

Here are the steps i followed-
1. I installed the support for East Asian Language and restarted the pc.
2. I changed the standards and formats setting to japanese
3. Added the support for non-unicode programs in the advanced tab to japanese.
4. Restarted the Pc
5. Installed the game.
6. Installed the NO DVD patch 2.0
7. Redux 1.0

My Rig-
Intel Pentium D, 512 MB DDR2, ATI Express 200 Chipset.

I am able to play other illusion's games without any trouble.

Here's the error it throws up-

I can't see what's this error message about coz I can't read japanese but I installed the english patch so I had no need to switch to japanese mode. In additon, with the NO-DVD-patch installed you have no need to activate daemon tools. Maybe that causes the error. Try unmounting all virtual drives and close daemon tools.

Please help me to run this game. Heard a lot about this game.

I have followed the STEPS 1 - 5
6. Installed the AG2 Full patch v3.0

But the same error is there (cannot start the game)

Conlusions / Story so far:

1. Error is not related to the patches (with or without same result)
2. I am using MS Windows 2003 server SP1 ... but game should work (RapeLay does )
3. I got ATI X700 Graphics ... but with Desktop config with nVidia graphics i got the same result (NOTE: also win 2003 Server on my desktop at home)
4. Reinstalling many times with different configuration of regional settings gives no result

Any Ideas ?

You get clothes at the shrines. The outfit will not change immediately, only when the girl undresses.
Not sure but I think the sex positions depend on the surrounding. By a tree, at a table.
And it takes time until the girl is willing to give you head. It makes also a different how you approach the girl, fro the front or from the back. I think there is a guide within the H-S package where all is explained.
