らぶデス~Realtime Lovers~
Vague Game Description by White MasqSet in a quiet town that’s isolated by sea and mountains. Our hero has come in ownership of his father’s house which is old inn turned apartment complex. This is a bit off-putting because he’s still a student, but he recalls that a childhood friend lives in an apartment there as well. Now it would seem that some relatives have returned, and would like to all live together as it used to be. Furthermore, there have been some transfer students in class. Perhaps his quiet life will soon come to an end? As you can tell, this game is has animated segments between the ADV gameplay.

I'm pretty sure I know what he means. When you use AppLocale to run the Setup, you go through like normal, but when you get to where you choose a folder to install to, it won't let you continue. You can hit "next" all you want, but it doesn't respond. I am also having the same problem and I am unsure as to why. Stays at the same screan, and even if I change the destination folder to install to, it doesn't help. Yeah, even though I now feel like I just repeated Dunpeal with a few more words, hopefully you can figure out what's going on.
*edit*
Alright, so I figured it out, how much free space do you have on your hard drive, Dunpeal?
It's right about now that I wish I could read Japanese...

The screen shot from the title doesn't look 3-D, however, my browser is having trouble displaying the other images, so it's kind of hard to tell with only that one pic. hmm...

Here it is the 1.11 patch:
http://rapidshare.de/files/33358047/syusei_1_11.exe1. extract the files into the game's folder
2. right click on love_ver111.exe > properties > compatibility > run this program in compatibility mode for: windows 2000
3. start applocale and run love_ver111.exe after selecting japanese language (last option in the list)
4. select the game's folder in the box above and than click the bottom left button
Here it is the uncensor patch (run it after installing the patch).
http://rapidshare.de/files/33356593/realti...rs_uncensor.rarThere is an .exe for each girl ingame. I scanned all the files with trend micro's housecall since i heard some rumours about some of the files having a trojan, but i didn't found any.
Anyway, place all the exe's in the game's folder and run them with applocale (each of them). For me it worked wonderfully.

I hated those huge masks.

I hate for my first post to be a "PLZ HELP" but I am quickly running out of ideas on how to make this game work.
Checklist completed.
Mounted with Daemon V4.03HE.
Tried Applocale while being in Japanese regional settings. Get this error message (even though my Japanese sucks I'm pretty sure it's telling me it can't find the .MSI)
http://img219.imageshack.us/img219/6508/error1155pp0.jpgEDIT: I forgot but i've also tried every Compatability mode with and without Applocale on setup.exe.Also same result with just running the setup.exe without Applocale.
Running the .MSI alone gives me this error (which I guess means 'run setup.exe not this'), then forces me to exit.
http://img224.imageshack.us/img224/6298/msigq4.jpgI've also tried moving the entire DVD's contents to a hard drive and it gives me the same erorr in all of the above tries.
I'm not sure if I need to put anymore information, but if something is missing do let me know.

when you used applocale you chose the wrong language option. does that look like japanese characters to you?
and if you did go through the checklist how did you end up choosing the wrong language? there is tutorial on how to use applocale

Everytime I used Applocale this is the option I choose
http://img226.imageshack.us/img226/3163/untitledjo0.jpgAnd my 'Language for non-unicode programs' is on Japanese, my 'Standards and formats' are on Japanese. Even the language toolbar it forces me to open says Japanese. I don't really understand how i'm choosing the wrong language.

Well choosing the one above that got me past the 1155 error, but i'm still getting that
http://img224.imageshack.us/img224/6298/msigq4.jpgI don't get why it's still boxes even though it should be Japanese characters.

are you sure you installed "east asian laguages" switch to japanese and RESTARTED your computer? those boxes mean you dont have the proper font while you are in japanese mode
and the characters are still wrong
if you are already in japanese mode then picking japanese from the applocale menu would have been useless because applocale wont start if you choose the same language option as you are in

Yeah i'm sure, I made sure I did it before posting the first time. I just redid everything on the checklist to make sure I didn't miss anything, and i'm still getting the boxes on that screen. I guess it just wasn't meant to be.

1155? Why not just change to Jap mode....Wouldn't that solve a whole lot?
I now use Jap mode in normal operation. Other than the backslash changing into the Japanese Yen sign...all else is the same.
Worth considering, eh?

this game is slowly becoming my fav hgame all time ^^
and the patch files worked great too~~
strange... that i forgot to do the compatibility thing AND the applocale thing with the patches, but they all still worked great with no probs for me.
maybe its cause my windows region is set in korean... maybe not
for a huge game like this, it'd be great if someone finds a no-cd patch hehe.
i coulnd't find one on google.

If anyone can help, plz respond to this. I installed the game and added the patches, all of them done cerrectly but everytime I start the game then once the introduction is over, the game just crashes and I go back to my desktop. Is there something else that needs to be done because I even changed the regional language from english to japanese and vice versa and no change, I have also used Applocale and the same crashing problem keeps happening.

Most people just play it for the sex scenes anywayz. And the translation dosent really make it any easier to get to the sex scene XD.
From my experience that is.
You can get a program called Oh! Text Hooker, the webby is here
http://ohhara.sarang.net/ohthk/. Basically you can use it to copy the words. So just go out paste the stuff in babelfish and ta - da. Self made translation made easy.
Given that is a tedious bitch to keep translating using babelfish. but heh. use babelfish to translate the parts when you have to make decision and everything will be all right.

Normally these things work fine for me, but this one won't even allow me to pass the first "Next" in the install phase. As soon as I run setup from the game file on the mounted image, I get a message:
"..? . ..'?????.bmp'. ......?......"
then I can only click "Ok" and beneath it the install screen goes from having the "Next" option to "Finish" and the installer exits.
Any ideas?
I've done all the language changes, the "Loading the Windows Installer" screen all has the applicable Japanese.
Thanks for any help.

EDIT: Ok, don't burn me yet... I switched the compatability to Windows 2000 for the setup.exe and ran it through Applelocale and it worked. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
PREVIOUS IGNORANCE:
"Ok, NFO file, huh? Never had to read them before, in fact, I just learned how to read them from your checklist at the top... the problem is I kinda deleted the torrent after I extracted the ISO because I had run out of room on my drive...
If anyone has a link to the NFO file, that would be great, if not, I'll just download the whole thing again."

When I download a torrent, it simply says open or save. If I select "Open" it launches Azureus and starts downloading, if I select "Save" it saves the torrent link. It's never usually a problem.
EDIT: So what is the torrent download program of choice? Like I said, my Azureus never gives the option to choose what files to download.
Ethanas
Nov 6 2006, 11:42 PM
Mate, Azureus is actually a torrent client like BitComet, BitLord, Bittorrent (the original), utorrent. And when you "open" the torrent, Azureus will give you an option of choosing what files is included in the download ,you can then choose which one to download or remove, simple as that.

Has anyone else just tried playing this game without a save? The story is really intriguing... what I can understand of it anyways (2 years of japanese classes and a life time of anime watching ftw). In fact, compared to the H-scenes which feel rather poorly done. *laughs* I ended up playing this game for it's story. While I was searching Youtube yesterday I stumbled upon this video.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j5GfH22CdR8While I don't understand Italian, I'm pretty sure it's showing off a program that decrypts the text files and makes them so anyone can edit them. If anyone knows where I could get my hands on this, I'd love to start work on a translation for this title. My Japanese isn't the best, but I have a few trusty kanji dictionaries and some people I know who are a lot more fluent then me I can ask for help on some lines with. I figure it'll be a good chance to help build my own vocabulary as well.
