The Des Blood that started it all…and, much like the lack of visuals, there is a lack of plot information. It would be safe to assume that there’s going to be gameplay involving exploration/puzzles, some shooter bits, and some 3DCG H-scenes. It probably surrounds a police force taking out various crime syndicates and conspiracies.

I think you will find the story line on this is the same as Des Blood VR. VR seems to be an update to this old game with the same characters (although new character design) and a tweaked story at least as far as sequencing... so if you REALLY want to play this, knock yourself out... or download VR...
